Your Everything Shower
The ultimate body-care ritual from start to finish.

The everything shower is the long one — the one you plan an evening around. Hair, body, face, the works. Here is how we like to do it.
Before you step in
Lay out a clean towel, your body oil or lotion, and something comfortable to change into. If you dry brush, do it now, with light strokes toward the heart.
Hair first
Shampoo, then apply conditioner or a mask and clip it up while you do everything else. It gets time to work without you standing around waiting.
Body
Use a gentle wash and, once or twice a week, a mild exfoliant. Be kind to areas that are sensitive or recently treated — if you have had laser in the last few days, skip scrubs on those areas and keep the water lukewarm.
Shave, if you shave
Save it for the end, when hair is soft. Use a fresh blade and go with the grain. (Clients between laser sessions: shaving is the right choice — no waxing or plucking.)
Afterwards
Pat dry, don't rub. Apply oil or lotion within a minute or two, while skin is still slightly damp. Then sit for a moment before you get dressed. That pause is part of the ritual.
