Ammonite was born from a personal journey of learning how to truly nourish myself. For so long, I gave to everyone else first—my family, my work, my community—until I realized that an empty vessel cannot pour for long. I had to learn that self-care is not selfish; it is the foundation of every beautiful thing we give to others.

Through this work, I discovered that the goddess is not a performance. She is not something you prove with words or actions. She is the woman who has tended to herself so deeply that her presence becomes the medicine. When I walk into a room now, my energy speaks before I do.
