The Ritual

Cooling air calms and soothes the skin.
- Shave the area 12–24 hours before — do not wax, pluck, or thread for 4 weeks.
- Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for 2 weeks before your session.
- Come with clean skin: no lotion, oil, deodorant, or makeup on the area.
- Pause retinoids and exfoliating acids on the area for 3–5 days.
Avoid direct sun and heat for 48 hours. Nourish the skin with a gentle moisturizer and SPF.
- Cool the area with a clean compress if it feels warm — mild redness is normal for 24 hours.
- No hot showers, saunas, steam, or intense workouts for 48 hours.
- Moisturize daily with a fragrance-free cream and wear SPF 50 on exposed skin.
- Expect shedding 1–3 weeks after; gently exfoliate once shedding starts.
- No waxing or plucking between sessions — shaving only.
